This listing is for ONE real human molar pendant necklace like pictured here with two defined separate roots and your choice of 24" chain. Some roots are closer to others but roots will be separate. Take a good look at the example photos. Teeth might have minor staining, chipping, etc as these are real teeth that were used real by humans and removed by oral surgeons. Teeth have been cleaned and sanitized for several weeks before making them available to you.
