1963 Talking CRACKERS THE PARROT by Mattel COMPLETE & WORKING!
This one is in excellent condition complete with original stand. Colors are still vibrant with100% face paint. The perch is missing the little tabs on top, but the parrot still stays firmly on it. Crackers still talks loudly with a moving mouth.
