Together they make the best combination, because they can cut anything with their razor-sharp edges. Both the blade and the handle were handcrafted by experienced blacksmith artisans. The handles are made of fine ebony wood, decorated on the front and back with noble brass facings. These handles are not only beautiful to look at, but also ensure that the knives are perfectly balanced. This allows you to work effortlessly for many hours despite the high weight. Once the basic shape is in place, the steel is heated again for hardening and cooled down in oil. Then it is heated in the furnace for 1-2h at 120-180°C to temper it. In the last step, the handle is applied and the knife is sharpened by hand. And there you go, a handmade piece of art!
