The wife loves the aroma also, I even spun my father in law onto it also, again his wife loves the aroma also. No bite, cool and dry smoke. Pleasant aroma. It’s a n easy smoke not harsh at all. Recommended for beginner. I smoked this while fishing in the park! Taste is rather mild and occasionally I detected some creaminess and occasional sweet molasses.in my taste bud.
