This will improve the pigmentation and longevity on the skin. Since the original packaging was glass, the formula couldn’t be pressed too hard or the glass would break. By not pressing the liner down harder and letting it dry, this makes the formula a creme like consistency. The feedback from our NEW Toxic Waste Hydra liners have been amazing so we know all we need to do is fix the packaging so the formula can be the best! The name of the NEW Toxic Waste Creme Collection will be changed to (Toxic Waste Neon Collection) because the OG liner formula was UV neon reaction. We will continue keeping them UV neon reactive under black light.
