Happy Holiday's! :) Toxic Waste Eyeliner is a water-activated cream liner that never cracks under pressure. The unique formula spreads like butter with high pigmentation in one swipe. Designed to be versatile. Investigate the various ways to use aside from eyeliner, such as cream eyeshadow, face paint and even brow pomade. Smudge-proof formula but not waterproof. FREE Toxic Waste tin is with this collection! COLLECTION Collection includes Toxic Waste tin protecting fifteen eyeliner pods packaged in glass jars sealed with a drip silicone press-on lid. Colors in this collection include white, black, seven neon's and six pastels. UV black light reactive. Each eyeliner pod holds 7g. HOW TO USE Add a drop of water to the glass jar then mix into a creamy lather. To control the water consistency, dip your brush in water instead. Use the tin packaging as a mixing plate to create custom colors. HOW TO PROTECT Keep your Toxic Waste Eyeliner from drying out but suctioning back on the silicone press-on lid after every use. The formula will not dry out overnight, but may if kept unsealed for a few weeks. To revive, add a drop of water and mix.
