USE: Holding one nostril closed, place the inhaler just under the open nostril, inhale deeply for about three seconds, and exhale for three. Repeat with the other nostril. Use as often as needed.
Great for kids too! Not recommended for children under 5...remember kiddos are sensitive to smells – so let them enjoy the scent, slowly and not too close under their nose.
Each Aromatherapy Inhaler lasts about 2-3 months depending on frequency of use and keeping the lid closed when not in use and tighten securely.
