Up until recently, I’ve been a very "buttoned-up" artist, and I’m giddy that my entire body of work is now evolving into a more expressive, mature style. I push myself to practice new techniques every time I paint. Each of my paintings take anywhere between 10-25 hours to complete and due to a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis––primarily settled in my hands––I typically paint in 2-to-3-hour increments.
