How to change the refill and some maintenance Tips:
You can change your Pen's refill by twisting the pen tip base and gently pulling the refill out. The new refill is changed by doing the same process.
Sometimes, the pen tip goes back into the Pen and will not stay in the writing position after a while. The Pen is not broken, and it is an easy fix. All you need to do is follow the instructions to change the refill. Screw the refill back and tighten it back in the barrel. Easy breezy.
