This is a fully illustrated sewing pattern, complete with full scale templates, for a practical and stylish sling bag OR Backpack - a larger, Laptop version of our popular Retro Style Sling Bag.
Perfect for customizing to create your own version! Instructions are given for making the bag either as a single strap Sling Bag, OR as a conventional double-strap backpack. Both versions will fit most 13" laptops, as well as a host of other items.
Skill Level: Intermediate/Advanced : good experience of bag making techniques, including sewing large items, curved seams, seam binding and sewing multiple layers. Please NOTE! This is NOT a beginner bag pattern. If you need advice choosing a pattern for your level, please get in touch.
