With these titanium handle scales you can give your pocket knife your very own individual look. Thanks to the structured surface, the pocket knife sits comfortably in the hand, making it a real hand-flatterer and your daily companion.

OWN ASSEMBLY:
! NOTE: This option is only suitable for “remodeling professionals”!
The rivets on the original handles need to be drilled out and you also need suitable axles/pivot pins.
I do not provide any instructions for the conversion!
The shells are manufactured to fit precisely and have holes with a diameter of 3 mm for the tools and 2.5 mm for the springs.
For self-assembly, you can order the handle shells individually or as a set with matching pivot pins.
We offer them as a set for 2-layer pocket knives or as a set for 3-layer pocket knives (you will receive a matching pivot pin set consisting of three pins each).
At the moment we only offer the pivot pins as a set with handles! We only use high quality pivot pins from Decustomforge (heat-treated stainless steel).
On some knives (e.g. Swiss Army 7, Farmer, etc.) the pins usually have to be shortened (sanded) in order to be able to fully tighten the screws.
The scales fit medium-sized Swiss Army knives with a total length of 93 mm.

If you are not confident about the assembly, you can use our assembly service.
You can select your desired pocket knife on the right-hand side under “built-in pocket knife”.
You can choose between the standard models: Pioneer, Pioneer X, Swiss Army 7, Farmer and Electrician
and the MOD models:
- Voyageur: scissors, large blade and combo tool (can/bottle opener combination) 2 layers
- Electrician - X: Electrician with additional scissors, 3 layers
- Electrician Duo: Electrician with hooked blade instead of the awl, 2 layers.
The price shown includes the selected pocket knife, the required pins and the professional assembly of your bowls.
If you select a pocket knife on the right side, you will receive a pocket knife that is completely finished and ready for use with the selected handle scales.
If the pocket knife you want isn't there, just write us a short message telling us which pocket knife you would like. If assembly is possible, we will send you a corresponding price offer.
Converting the pocket knife will void the manufacturer's warranty of the original pocket knife.
I have no relationship with the manufacturer of the pocket knives used.
DELIVERY/PACKAGING:
All of our handles and finished knives are delivered in a silver-colored aluminum box.
A small hand-sewn microfiber cleaning cloth from Li.JU is also included.
It is therefore ideal as a gift for your favorite people or yourself.
The shells are CNC milled by me and the surface treatment is done by hand.
Each piece is unique and is made to order for you. Each piece of titanium has its own surface structure and color. This means that your handles may differ slightly from those shown in the picture. You always receive a unique piece.
