Bo Katan Armor

Armor is made from 3D printed PETG, PLA+, resin printed, vac formed, and resin cast parts. Please read the option descriptions before you checkout so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. Upon purchase, we will provide you with a link to make sure the kit that you purchased will fit your frame. We guarantee fitment. All kits include every hard armor part required for the Bo Katan costume (unless you choose not to purchase a helmet or jetpack). These parts include: Helmet, Shoulder Straps, Shoulder Pauldrons, Gauntlets, Hands, Back, Chest, Ab, Pelvic, Hips, Knees, Shins, and jetpack harness. Standard Size Kit: The standard size kit is built to club-level requirements using screen-used reference images. It is a 1-to-1 size to the original costume and will fit customers from 5 feet to around 5'10' and a small to large build. The chest, ab, back, pelvic, shoulders, hips, and shins are all made from sturdy vacuum-formed plastic using highly detailed molds. Not only are these parts detailed and sturdy, but they are incredibly light. The gauntlets, helmet, jetpack, hands, shoulder straps, and knees are all 3D printed to preserve the sharp details of the screen-used costume. The kit is painted to club-level requirements. You will look like you walked straight off the set! Custom Size Kit: This kit is made entirely from 3D printed parts as each part is custom fit to your body. This option is more expensive because it is more intensive to manufacture. After receiving your measurements we will size every part of the armor to fit your body using a digital version of your body with the measurements you provided. This kit comes fully painted to club-level requirements. Raw Kit (Standard or Custom): The raw kit will arrive unpainted, unsanded, and unfinished. Painting and assembly will be required. Otherwise, these kits are the same as the previous descriptions (either custom-sized or standard fitting). You can choose to include a helmet or exclude the helmet from your kit. Just choose the "no helmet' option. You can choose to include a jetpack or exclude it from your kit. Just choose the "no jetpack" option. This option will also exclude the helmet.
