Felted Wool & Silk Scarf in Chartreuse Green

This chartreuse scarf will brighten even the dreariest winter day.  Handmade from a blend of superfine merino wool, luxurious silk, and slightly shiny bamboo fibers, all felted onto a strong silk gauze backing.  The scarf is then dyed in colorfast acid dyes.  As the different fibers take in the dye differently, the resulting color has a depth and complexity that really sets it apart.  Measures approximately 5" wide by 70" long (13 cm x 178 cm).  Hand wash cold; dry flat or hanging; iron with steam. I love to experiment with color and texture. Sometimes those experiments don't turn out quite as expected.
