a red mini bubble skirt with hand painted white or off-white spots, an elastic waist, and pockets. this skirt is custom made to your measurements, select the secondary color and length you would like and provide your waist and hip measurements (in inches) in the “add your personalization” box. since the spots are painted on by hand, the pattern on the skirt you receive will not be exactly identical to the picture shown. the colors may vary slightly due to different lightings and screen settings. measurements may be off by about an inch and paint may have small smudges due to human error.
