All of our pieces are made to order and we try our best to get pieces poured and sent out within two-three weeks of purchase or sooner, depending on availability. This piece is fired to cone 04 and is approximately 5.25 x 4 x 6.75. You can use either glaze or acrylic paint to finish piece. **If color photos are shown, that is only an example of a finished piece. YOU ARE PURCHASING AN UNPAINTED PIECE OF BISQUE!** Custom orders are always welcome!! RETURNS We do not accept returns, as they are handmade and made to order. DAMAGED PIECES If item arrives damaged we ask that you provide pictures of the box and the damaged pieces, so that we can submit a claim to the proper shipping company. **PLEASE HOLD ONTO DAMAGED PIECES, BOX AND SHIPPING MATERIAL. THE POST OFFICE WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR THE DAMAGES WITHOUT INSPECTION FIRST. ** Refunds will not be given for damaged pieces. We will replace the piece and get it out as soon as possible.
