Bands of same color may differ from each other in hue, saturation and/or brightness. - Bands that fit tight on the watch are not defective unless they don't lock into place; if you don't hear or feel a click, slide the band left and right, if the band is properly installed it won't slide out without pressing the release button on the watch. -Due to the nature of custom made items, there are no refunds due to incorrect spelling or ordering the incorrect size. Please enter color, size, & personalization details carefully. We are not responsible for incorrect color, spelling and/or incorrect watch band size when ordering. -Before installing your band, inspect that all three snaps are in place on each side. When you do install, make sure it's secure. We will NOT be hold responsible for dropped watches. -Filled bands will fade over time with regular wear. They can be touched up, if you have any questions about this process, feel free to contact me. -Light colored bands will get dirtier faster. Gently scrub them with soap, water and a soft old or spare toothbrush. -If the engraved area looks chalky, you can add a drop of cooking oil to a soft spare toothbrush and rub it into the engraved area to make it look fresh again. Let it dry for a few minutes and wipe up the excess. -Dark colored clothing (ex. new jeans) can stain bands.
