The ring is opens to reveal 2 beautiful relief portraits one of Queen Elizabeth and one of the much debated "mystery woman" in gold plated. The top of the ring has the initials ER in the E in simulated diamonds (cubic ziconia) and simulated rubies with the R in blue enamel and genuine pearl.
