These are the natural handmade wooden cleaning brushes. They are perfect zero waste alternative to those plastic scrubbers. We have two types to choose from: BROWN BRISTLES SCRUB BRUSH: (Heavy Duty) Strong enough for cleaning cast iron skillet, steel pots, clay pots, dishes, tiles, etc. (**Not recommended for delicate non-stick coatings on pots and pans). YELLOW BRISTLES SCRUB BRUSH: Gentle enough for cleaning dishes, pots and pans, vegetables, porcelain, carpet, etc. 100% Natural, biodegradable, and compostable in soil. Bristles are safe in boiling water. ? Comes in a high quality 100% plant produced compostable bag (not plastic bag), recyclable/compostable mailer, or box. Please compost all packaging materials. Yellow: Tampico vegetable fiber bristles. INSTRUCTION: Rub on dish soap in circular motion until desired amount of soap is reached, then scrub. Avoid use Heavy Duty brown brush to scrub delicate wares. IMPORTANT CARE TIP: After every use, rinse with mild detergent and air dry with bristles facing down. Do not place in dish washing machine or soak in water to prevent wood from swelling, which will cause the wood to crack. Keep away from fire and heat. To sanitize bristles, rinse with vinegar and dip only bristles in boiling water for 21 seconds. NOTES: Due to natural bamboo material, every brush is unique and has their own beautiful grain patterns. There may be none or little smell like grass, earth, or jungle, that comes from the bamboo core and outer coconut shell or tampico vegetable fibers.
