Customisable mini calming crystal spinner pendant You can select which crystal and finish you would like from the variations section. Please allow up to a week for the creation of your piece as these are made individually. The beads can be spun or rubbed between your thumb and forefinger and can be used to help with anxiety, to dispel nervous or restless feelings, as a stim toy for people that are affected by autism and ADD, and to help calm and focus the mind. These spinners make no noise and are very discreet to use in public areas/classes etc, and double as a piece of jewellery to. They are unisex and come on your choice of adjustable hemp cord or silver chain. The hemp cord is organic, vegan and finished with a potato and corn starch waxing so it isn't too scratchy or tough against the skin. The longest hanging length is 25cm and this can be halved by pulling the little knots at the base of the neck. The cords can be a bit stiff at first but with wear they soften down.
