Gay Pride earrings, Rainbow earrings, Chainmaille, Shaggy loops weave

I hand-wove these Gay Pride earrings, one ring at a time, using the shaggy loops chainmailleweave. This weave is loose and jingly and has lots of movement! Made from every color in the rainbow, they are perfect for Pride! The brightly colored rings are made from anodized aluminum, a process in which the rings are dipped into an electrically charged solution and then dyed. Because aluminum is a lightweight metal, these Gay Pride earrings weigh much less than one might think by looking at them. They're great for those who can't tolerate heavy earrings!
