Someone wrote their name on the inside but it isn't visible from the outside. ✨Approximate Size Large to Extra Large depending on how you'd like it to fit. The Tag says its a 42 but when I measure it I get 46. To be safe I would say it'd work best as a mens large and womens extra large.
