The oversize growth chart ruler is made from solid Spruce wood which has been stained and varnished for durability; the "You Are Loved Beyond Measure" message and height numbers are engraved and painted, with the height ticks painted. The markings go all the way from 6" up to 6ft! (7 Feet available upon request $*) Please keep in mind that this is real wood, and it will look as such.
