Mid Century Hammered Brass Pedestal
This was hidden in an upstairs corner of a mid century New Orleans estate. My guess is that it was fitted with an octagonal ashtray and was used as a smoking stand. Today with a glass or marble top it could be a drinks table… or as is a gorgeous plant stand. It has a Art Deco or even Arts and Crafts feel and will enhance that special space in your home.
